Current weight: 125lb
Height: 5’1”
Goal weight: 115lb
I’ve stayed at a consistent weight for a few weeks now. I don’t know if that makes me happy or discouraged haha. Lately I’ve just been working on toning up, and less on losing weight. But I’m noticing improvements and I’m nowhere near stopping!
